You’ll need to provide basic information, such as your name, email address, and phone number and trn. Once your account is set up, you’ll have access to all our shipping services, tracking tools, and customer support features.
If you do not have a visa/credit card, we will use ours to make your purchase. Simply provide the cash, and we make the order for you, and after your package has arrived you pay the service fee upon collection of your packages.
Once your shipment is processed, we’ll schedule a pickup or you can request delivery for a designated location. You’ll get updates every step of the way. You can also download our mobile app to receive notifications. Stay informed about the status of your shipment from dispatch to delivery. We’re here to make shipping easy, fast, and reliable. Thea’s Express has to declare to Jamaica customs the contents and value of each package entering the country through our service. If invoices are not provided, this will result in delays at customs and there is the possibility that the customs officer inspecting the shipment will assign a higher value to your package.
Please note that the threshold is $100 USD, if you want to avoid paying customs duty please stay within this limit. Once it passes the threshold, the entire cost will be taxed, not only the overage.
Please note that when shipping TVs and other fragile items, you do so at your own risk ⛔️. We have a policy in our warehouse where we do not inspect televisions, making it difficult for us to verify if any damage occurred during transit by the carrier. However, we do provide a special wrapping service and inspection for TVs upon request, available at an extra cost. Feel free to reach out for more information.
